Patricia O'Donnell, CEO, founded Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS) in 2017, and launched Data-Centrix in 2020, the firms proprietary automation tool for consultant database reporting. With over 28 years in the industry and an extensive background in all phases of institutional sales and marketing, she has a deep understanding of consultant database structures, reporting requirements and the related RFP/DDQ completion process. She brings a vast amount of in-depth experience and knowledge in supporting investment management firms of all sizes in their efforts of data reporting, building manager profiles to completion rates of 90-100%, increasing visibility to search activity and bringing consistency across all platforms. In addition, her background includes extensive work creating and updating pitchbooks and factsheets for clients. Patricia has worked across a multitude of assets classes in both Domestic and International markets servicing SMA's, Mutual Funds, CIT’s, Hedge Funds, Hedge FOF’s, UCIT’s, CTA’s and other alternative strategies. In her long career with Greg Reid Associates, LLC as a Product Manager (1996-2007) and Pursuit Capital Marketing, LLC as a Partner (2007-2017), she was instrumental in assisting both firms in raising over $20 billion in combined revenue on the sales and marketing side for their Institutional Money Manager clients.
Maureen Cassidy joined IMSS in February 2020 as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. Maureen is a dedicated point of contact for several IMSS clients. She supports their data reporting efforts and trouble shoots/resolves issues/requests as they arise. Her main responsibilities include monthly & quarterly data oversight and management prior to database uploads, review of client database content, new database/new strategy onboarding and specialized client related projects. Maureen comes to IMSS with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently with Aberdeen Asset Management, where she supported the database and client service efforts for products across the firm. Prior to that, Maureen spent over 8 years as a Senior Client Relationship Manager for one of the industry’s largest database & analytics firms, reporting data for over 1,900 product profiles. She has an extensive background and in-depth understanding of the consultant database process. Her detail-oriented approach to data is essential to providing our clients with the best in data management and reporting.

Administrative Coordinator
Pamela O’Donnell joined IMSS in 2020 as an Administrative Coordinator. Pam supports our CRM’s and administrative functions of client onboarding, office management, scheduling, billing and facilitation of client requests. Pam’s background includes a broad range of experience in an administrative role across varying types of firms, including the financial industry. Her skillset is highly diversified bringing a high level of organizations, focus on details, and client service. Her self-starter attitude is essential to the growth strategy of the firm. Her well rounded personality and business background is an asset to IMSS.
Jena Pagani joined IMSS in 2023 to lead the firms marketing programs. Jena brings over 15 years of experience leading go-to-market strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and operations for high-technology offerings and SaaS products. As a seasoned marketer with experience scaling businesses from seed stage to enterprise, Jena helps companies strengthen their brand and strategically position themselves in the market to accelerate growth and drive the bottom line. Her expertise spans industries across financial services, government technology, health technology, privacy and security, and energy.

Zee comes to IMSS as a highly skilled Developer with over a decade of experience in building high-quality applications. His strong, creative vision and deep knowledge has been instrumental in the continued growth of our Data-Centrix automation application and enhancing the overall client experience. His extensive level of experience is evident by his history of successful outcomes of projects he’s managed across various industries with a focus on the financial segment. Zee is a motivated and competent developer, whose career has led to the development of large-scale web-based applications in multiple programming languages. He is driven by new challenges, continuing education opportunities, and delivering projects on time under tight timelines.
