Patricia Sandoz, CEO, founded Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS) in 2017. With over 27 years in the industry and an extensive background in all phases of institutional sales and marketing, she has a deep understanding of consultant database structures, reporting requirements and the related RFP/DDQ completion process. She brings a vast amount of in-depth experience and knowledge in supporting investment management firms of all sizes in their data reporting efforts, bringing consistency across all platforms and increasing visibility for managers. In addition, her background includes extensive experience creating/updating pitchbooks and factsheets for clients. Patricia has worked across a multitude of assets classes in both Domestic and International markets servicing SMA's, Mutual Funds, CIT’s, Hedge Funds, Hedge FOF’s, UCIT’s, CTA’s and other alternative strategies. In her long career with Greg Reid Associates, LLC as a Product Manager (1996-2007) and Pursuit Capital Marketing, LLC as a Partner (2007-2017), she was instrumental in assisting both firms in raising over $20 billion in combined assets on the sales and marketing side for their Institutional Money Manager clients.
Maureen Cassidy joined IMSS as a Senior Client Relation-ship Manager. Maureen is a dedicated point of contact for several client’s supporting their data reporting efforts and other requests. Her main responsibilities include monthly & quarterly data oversight and management prior to database uploads, review of client database content on a continual basis, new database/new strategy onboarding and specialized client related projects. Maureen comes to IMSS with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, most recently with Aberdeen Asset Management, where she supported the database and client service efforts for products across the firm. Prior to that, Maureen spent over 8 years as a Client Service & Relationship Manager for one of the industry’s largest database & analytics firms, reporting data for over 1,900 product profiles to consultant databases across all asset classes through automation. She has an extensive background and in-depth understanding of the consultant databases process and her a detail-oriented approach to data is essential to providing our clients the best in management and reporting.
Senior Client Relationship Manager
Pamela O’Donnell joined IMSS as an Administrative Coordinator. Pam supports our CRM’s and daily administrative functions of client onboarding, office management, scheduling, billing, and facilitation of client requests. Pam’s background includes a broad range of experience in an administrative role across varying types of firms, including the financial industry. Her skillset is highly diversified bringing a high level of organization, focus on detail, and client service. Pam’s self-starter attitude is essential to the future growth initiatives of IMSS.
