Trisha O'Donnell
Founder & CEO
Patricia O'Donnell is the Founder and CEO of Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS, LLC), a firm she established in 2017 to help investment management firms streamline and enhance the delivery of data to leading consultant databases worldwide. Under her leadership, IMSS launched Data-Centrix in 2022 and Alt-Centrix in 2025, the firm's proprietary automation platforms designed to simplify and optimize consultant database reporting for both traditional and alternative investment strategies.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Patricia has developed extensive expertise in institutional sales and marketing, with a specialized focus on consultant database reporting and management. Her deep understanding of database structures, reporting requirements, and industry best practices has enabled investment firms of all sizes to improve their visibility in consultant searches through comprehensive profile development, consistent reporting, and data accuracy across multiple platforms.
Throughout her career, Patricia has worked across a broad range of asset classes in both domestic and international markets, supporting separately managed accounts (SMAs), mutual funds, collective investment trusts (CITs), hedge funds, hedge fund-of-funds (FOFs), UCITS, CTAs, and other alternative investment strategies.
Prior to founding IMSS, Patricia served as Product Manager at Greg Reid Associates, LLC from 1996 to 2007 and later as Partner at Pursuit Capital Marketing, LLC from 2007 to 2017. During her tenure with these firms, she played a key role in supporting institutional sales and marketing initiatives that contributed to raising more than $20 billion in combined assets for institutional money manager clients.

Maureen Cassidy
Director of Client Relations
Maureen Cassidy joined Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS, LLC) in February 2020 as Senior Client Relationship Manager and was promoted to Director of Client Relations in 2024.
In her current role, she serves as a primary point of contact for clients, overseeing consultant database reporting initiatives and ensuring timely resolution of client requests and reporting challenges. Maureen's responsibilities include the oversight and management of monthly and quarterly data reporting processes, database content review, new database and strategy onboarding, and the execution of specialized client projects. Her proactive, client-focused approach helps ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple reporting platforms. With more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, Maureen brings extensive expertise in consultant database reporting, client service, and data management.
Prior to joining IMSS, she worked at Aberdeen Asset Management, where she supported database reporting and client service initiatives across a broad range of investment products. Earlier in her career, she spent more than eight years as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at a leading database and analytics firm, overseeing reporting for more than 1,900 investment product profiles. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to client success, Maureen plays a key role in delivering the high standards of data management, reporting accuracy, and service excellence that define the IMSS client experience.

Zeeshan Gulzar
Chief Technology Officer
Zeeshan Gulzar joined Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS, LLC) in 2020 as the firm's Chief Technology Officer, leading the development and ongoing enhancement of the firm's proprietary Data-Centrix and Alt-Centrix technologies. With more than a decade of experience designing and building high-quality software applications, Zeeshan plays a critical role in advancing the firm's automation capabilities and delivering innovative solutions that enhance the client experience. His technical expertise, creative problem-solving abilities, and forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in the continued evolution of IMSS's technology platforms.
Throughout his career, Zeeshan has successfully managed and delivered complex projects across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on financial services and data-driven applications. Driven by a passion for innovation and continuous learning, Zeeshan thrives on solving complex challenges and delivering scalable, reliable solutions within demanding timelines. His extensive hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies and development frameworks makes him a key contributor to IMSS's growth and technological leadership.

Brent Watters
Head of Sales and Marketing
Brent Watters joined Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS) in 2024 as Head of Sales & Marketing, bringing more than 30 years of experience in business development, marketing strategy, and technology brand growth.

A results-oriented leader, Brent has built a career helping organizations strengthen market presence, align sales and marketing efforts, and drive sustainable business growth through strategic, omnichannel marketing programs. His expertise spans financial technology (fintech), machine automation and robotics, and life sciences, where he has held leadership roles focused on revenue generation, market expansion, and brand development.

Brent began his career as a business writer and analyst covering the fintech industry, providing him with a strong foundation in market intelligence and technology trends. In recent years, he has focused on researching and writing about capital markets technology, with particular emphasis on data and platform management, decentralized finance, and front-to-back-office optimization. ​At IMSS, Brent leads the company's sales and marketing initiatives, helping to advance its market position and support clients navigating an increasingly complex investment management technology landscape.

Pamela O'Donnell - Support Team
Client Relationship Associate
Pamela O'Donnell joined Investment Management Support Solutions, LLC (IMSS, LLC) in 2020 as an Administrative Coordinator and now serves as a Client Relationship Associate. In this role, she supports the firm's Client Relationship Managers and plays an integral part in supporting the day-to-day administration of client service initiatives.
Pam works closely with the client relations team to facilitate reporting processes, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless client experience. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to service contribute to the accuracy and responsiveness that clients expect from IMSS. With a diverse background in administrative operations and client service across multiple industries, including financial services, Pam brings a well-rounded perspective and adaptable skill set to the firm. Her proactive approach, dedication to excellence, and collaborative nature make her a valuable member of the IMSS team and an important contributor to the firm's continued growth and success.
